Fusion Sets are pre-built, reusable, sharable mobile app security templates that contain all the selected security features, settings, options and configurations that Appdome builds into your iOS and Android apps whenever you click Build My App. Fusion Sets accelerate and automate mobile security implementations, ensure implementation consistency, and reduce integration time for each build or release of your mobile apps. This article will demonstrate how to export Appdome fusion sets in PDF file format.

Fusion Set Export Feature Overview
Appdome’s Fusion Set Export feature enhances mobile app security management by providing a detailed PDF report of an app’s security configuration. This report is divided into three pivotal sections:
- Licensed and Enabled Features: This section lists all security features that your company has licensed and activated. It ensures transparency and allows you to verify that all intended protections are operational.
- Licensed but Not Enabled Features: This section details the security features your account is licensed to use but has not activated. It is crucial for identifying available security measures that could further fortify your app.
- Unlicensed Features: This section identifies the features that your organization has not yet licensed on Appdome.
Displaying unlicensed features serves a dual purpose: it provides a clear view of potential security functionalities that are currently unavailable to your application, and it aids in strategic decision-making regarding future security enhancements. By reviewing these unlicensed options, you can assess which additional features might be beneficial to adopt, thereby closing any gaps in your current security posture and enhancing overall protection for your mobile applications. This visibility supports proactive planning and ensures that your security measures can evolve in alignment with emerging threats and organizational needs.
Prerequisites for using the Fusion Set Overview
- Appdome account – IDEAL or Higher. (create a free Appdome account here)
- Mobile App (.ipa for iOS, or .apk or .aab for Android)
- Appdome-DEV access – Appdome Service Delivery can set you up with this.
- An Appdome SRM-C license
Step-by-step instructions for exporting Fusion Sets
- Navigate to the three dots.
- Click “Fusion Set Overview” to download the PDF.
The PDF displays the status of all Appdome features as they pertain to your mobile application (for example, whether each feature is available and licensed by your organization or not, and the status and configuration of each feature, whether the toggle switch is it’s ON or OFF).
